The New Job and a World of Gratitude.
All right all right... Keith's turn on the keys. Life is pretty normal these days (aside from one major thing, which I can't really talk about right now.) Everything is going pretty good for us.But mostly there are a few things to be grateful for.
1. My new job at the Aggie Marketplace was kind enough to let me do the floors my own way on Halloween and I get to work with my good buddy Shayne.
2. I'm grateful for my sweet wife, who goes through numerous headaches a day and yet still comes home and is kind to me.
3. I'm grateful for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Today I was blessed to see the triumph of a young couple's testimony over the power of the death of their two children. He knew that he would be with those he loved again someday with such assurance that there was not a dry eye in the room. I am grateful that for the most part, it has not been my lot to experience those kinds of trials. But I am grateful to know that if I ever do I will know where to turn for strength.
4. While we're on that note. I am grateful for my calling in the church I go to. It is hard work to try to be in charge of activities that EVERYone will like, and try to take input from them all while you're at it. But it has made me stretch and grow and I am happy to say that after all of those activities... I'm still alive and am happy that we went through the effort to make them happen. 5. I am grateful for improv and the skills I've learned from it. I'm grateful for The Antics (shameless advertising plug) that perform every Friday at 9:30 at The Junction. I am grateful for learning how to say yes and...., to look outward, to let go and play, and how to be 100% present. I am grateful for good friends who will consistently grant me those opportunities.

Ta da!
6. I am grateful for family near and far who are willing to help us find our way in this big world of ours. If it wasn't for them, there is no way that we would be the people we are today. Our family are the roots of the family that we will be building someday. We stand out their shoulders. How grateful I am that they are strong. (And that they are willing to let us sleep on their floor on an air mattress if that's what's needed.)
Tracey's up now from her nap..... so I'm going to sign off and make her some nachos. I'm just grateful for life and everything that goes with it.

Keith & Tracey 2012
This is our Merry Memories page we made for my mother-in-law. It's her birthday today and she wanted a page from each of her kids for her birthday. I love this. I think it is such a good way to highlight all the big things and 'merry memories' that have happened throughout the year. I will definitely be printing this out for our family scrapbook!
